Hi All,
I would like to inform that Lokesh and his team in Yebhi.com were really upto their promise in ensuring that I received the consignment by 7th Jul 2012, Saturday....
They also ensured to call me up and get a confirmation about the product quality as well. I understand that the incident started off with a wrong note but they proved to be concerned enough about the customtakeouter and I hope to shop with Yebhi.com again :)
However, the courier companies too need to be little concerned otherwise such incidents are prone to happen time and again.

I bought a product in yebhi.com (order no. YBH1958568) on 1st July 2012 and the promised dispatch was in 48 hours.
The only status in "my account" is "Dispatched", Shipping provider DTDC, AIRWAY BILL NUM: XXXXX
But when I used DTDC tracker it kept showing "sorry I cannot track your shipment" everyday. So I called up DTDC only to realize that the order number was quoted wrongly by YEBHI.COM
I contacted their customer care (not toll free, std charged applicable) and the rep said it will be rectified. Wrote 2 emails to support@yebhi.com but no response till date even though the reply from support says "you will get a response to this email on next 24 hours"
However, on 6th Jul 12, I received a call from a concerned manager (Lokesh) who was very humble and updated the status of the shipment and promised that he will check the matter with the team as well as courier company. There is a lapse from the courier company too as the tracker is now showing the ’’in transit’’ status
