I faced similar issues with Infibeam. Only after I wrote to the top guys in the organization did I get my order delivered albeit delayed by 5 days. The shipment and delivery date displayed on your account means nothing at all to anybody in Infibeam. There are a whole host of other e-commerce s...ite which provide much better service. That doesn't seem like a very pleasant experience at all. Anyways, a small piece of advice for your next car purchase: never make full down payment before delivery. Once the money is in the dealer’s pocket, they tend to take the customer for granted.
