Friends, this is the extention of my complaint against ICICI credit card and ICICI Lombard. After posting my review on mouthshut for ICICI banks fraud case, I've got a msg from ICICI bank to write a email to nodal office and they will resolve this case.
I did the same, for almost 2 weeks they have been writing me mails about solving my problem with extended date.
Then suddenly I've got a email from "Head Service Quality " stating that they are also looking into the problem.
Till date there is no solution to the problem from ICICI bank but every week I am getting a email stating that they are looking into this and with providing me a next date of email and they same message is copy pasted in the next email as well.
No one from ICICI bank has taken the pain to call me or write me to check the details of the card or the policy given to me without my consent.
Don't trust ICICI Bank, ICICI Credit Card and ICICI Lombard Policies or any of their service quality. Its all poor.
All you have to do is to send them a legal notice and ask for a compensation for the harrasment which ICICI has given to you and will give to thousand of their customers.

Hi All,
My complaint / Review is regarding the ICICI bank's credit card dept which is harassing me for over one yr.
Last year, ICICI bank, without my consent has issued me a American Express branded credit card, which I have never applied for. On top of it they have issued me an ICICI Lombard Policy in Aug 2008 which again I have never applied for.
Since then I am making calls and sending email to their customer care centre stating my problem and cancellation of both of them.
After repeated calling and emails they have cancelled the Credit Card and Policy but I am till date getting statements to pay the premium of Lombard Policy.
Have written them 20 emails and made over 100 calls but there is no one to take care. I've all the records of emails. Now every now and then I am getting call from there settlement dept asking me to pay the amount forcefully and threatening that if I'll not pay it then they will ruin my credit history and put me in some SIBLE System.
Request all of you to pls do not trust on ICICI-AMEX products as well as ICICI Lombard. These companies can go to any level to fulfill their targets.
