I ordered for a Wall Hanging Assorted Pottery Stand With 7 Pots(order # 100208589). The description and photographs look stunning on Pepperfry's website. However, after I received the product, I was shocked to see the sub-standard quality of the wall hanging. The wooden planks are bent and look disgusting when hung on the wall. The adhesive used to connect the planks sit like bumps on the planks.
Having bought this as decorative piece, I have decided against displaying it, as this would do no good to enhance the looks of my house.
I had high hopes after looking at Pepperfry's website. All those are shattered after my first experience with them.
Shop at your own risk guys. and this definitely is my last order with them!

Here is an update after speaking with CS team: now I'm asked to send snaps of the defective product. I tried that, but let me confess that I am not a qualified photographer to make the bent plans visible on with my ordinary point and shoot cam. This, according to be a big joke. It seems they have a quality check team that checks for defects before shipping. Having failed to notice such glaring defects, isn't it unfair to ask customers to sent snaps?
