I ordered a nokia asha-302 white phone from infibeam, because that color was not available on flipkart. Maximum delivery time mentioned was 22-august(7 business days after the order), very long. They delivered on 25-august(after 10 days. It was a gift to my sister, so she opened after 2 days of delivery, from the very next day phone use to get hang after every 10-15 minutes, and after every call it use to loose the signal for time bing, till she restarts it.
When I complained about this they said you need to go to service centre and they won't replace it. When I asked bout 30 day replacement scheme, they said you need to inform about defect within 2 days of shipment..
How can one inform about defect if the product is opened after 2 days, or the problem tarts after 2 days of delivery?
When I kept calling them and registered a complaint in mouthshut, they called and aid please remove the post from the website, as they will loose market, and they can arrange a pick-up in next 30 days. Can you believe it, pick-up in 30 days? They wanted me to go to service centre but it's there responsibility do change it within 30 days.
I strongly recommend you all to not to buy from infibeam.com and consider flipkart or any other site.
