I ordered 3 books from Snapdeal on the 3rd of April. Out of this, only one was delivered on time. After having made multiple follow-ups, I got the second one delivered, delayed by 4 days.
The 3rd book -The Portrait Of A Lady: Collected Stories, is yet to shipped. Forget shipping, Snapdeal is yet to procure this book. Every day I keep getting emails from their customer support with extended timelines for sourcing the book.
May I ask Snapdeal - if you have problems procuring a book, why list it on your website in the first place. Get your supply chain management in place and then sell stuff on your website.
You have succeeded in making a buying experience as painful as possible for a customer. You CS team is nothing less than a joke. This will be my last purchase with your website.
For a fact I do know someone from Snapdeal will post a standard reply to my post on Mouthshut. Please spare me of your default apologies and ship the book if a commitment means anything to your at all.
