'role of a duffer does not suit Akki' ? I think EXACTLY the opposite. The role of a duffer can only be done by Akshay Kumar in the entire Bollywood (he would not have to act at all in such a role, just by acting natural he would portray the role efficiently)!

Actually the review is not useful at all since you did not throw any light on your booking experience or the website. The fact that they are refusing to give 200/- cash back is an isolated case which can be pursued by you. I am sure they would refund the money if you follow it through.

I think you should write an email to the Maruti management - attach the pictures of the two scratches. You ideally shouldn't have taken the delivery of a scratched car. I am sure you could have got some freebies in compensation. Anyway, better late than never.

Don't Agree Completely Hey,
Interesting topic to discuss on. I can't say that I agree completely with whatever you said. Marriages have definitely become more commercialized with people expecting exceptional treatment to them and a pompous wedding. There are malls which only cater to marriage r...elated stuff and it is estimated that marriage industry in thousands of crores rupees in India.
But I don't see any problem in bride's or groom's parents asking about their degrees or information on their salary. I completely believe that transparency in information at any stage in something like marriage is very important. I think they should have a medical check as well before marriage to make sure one is marrying a healthy boy or girl.
I believe this has been brought by girls being more educated and independent now. And more and more people relying on their head more than fate (like they did in the past).
To your point of matching hearts and not matching wallets - how do you match hearts or read someone's mind in a short span of few months and a few meetings? That requires a long courtship period which is still too much of taboo in India.Read More

Thanks for sharing. I have heard Bimal motors also have the document where liability comes to the person who is taking the test drive. You must escalate it to Honda folks. This is unethical and completely unacceptable.

One of the worst shows Whatever do the organizers/director of the show say, I believe the kids are having a hellish time in this program.
It is just the greed and tiny-mindedness of parents who have allowed their tiny tots to participate in an atrocity like this.

I recently watched this movie. I usually get bored in mushy love stories but this one was different and it captivated me thoroughly ...

I found the movie terrible. Shoddy story telling with random moments stitched together haphazardly. Acting wise everyone was average or below average.
Definitely avoidable.

X Men Free Tickets not for Bangalore? :( This is unfair on myspace part. They know the highest number of IT users are in Bangalore. I am sure the maximum myspace users would also be from here. They should have done the same screening here as well.

A contrary thought Actually customs by themselves are not bad and have some logic/thought behind them. It is people who twist them and change them and customize them according to their choices & tastes and that is when customs become more burdensome than being useful.
Regarding the point you me...ntioned about a prospective groom's parents asking you to change your name post marriage, I am speechless. I believe you should stay away from such grooms and such families like a plague. Say no directly to anyone asking to change your identity.
Finally, choose your own life partner yourself. I am sure it would take a bit of convincing your parents, but unless you take your stand, people would continue expecting from you.

It looks more like an advertisement of this camera. Dude, we all can read the features from the internet. What we need is your objective review of camera usage which is lacking here.
Moreover, copy pasting the review twice made it half valuable!

Actually one needs to check the feedback of previous buyers of the seller in eBay (am not sure of rediff). Mostly the feedback gives a pretty good picture.
I, for one, have purchased multiple products from ebay without a single complaint yet.
Rediff auctions might be a different story alto...gether.
