I bought a New Maruti Car from Mandovi Motors last week, Delivery was scheduled for April 30th. When I went to take the delivery there were scratches on 2 doors of the car. Executive was very casual on that whenI showed him the scratches. According to him these scrarches are common. If I am buying new car then how can scratches be common and how can I accept this. He was so arrogant that he was not even bothered about the customer requirements/ satisfaction.
I would never suggest to buy a car from Mandovi Motors in Bangalore. If this isthe scenario and customer support at the time of delivery then what will happened during service.
