Exactly the same thing happened with me. I wish I had read these reviews 4 years back when I was taking the policy from citi bank. Citi Bank is the cheater who sells Birla product without even knowing the basics. NEVER EVER GO FOR BIRLA SUN LIFE INSURANCE. They are the cheaters of the first order. E...very year they are dedcuting Rs.6000 in the name of mortality charges. Additional Rs.3000 as misc charges. Total waste.Read More
