Take them to court. I dont know how they think they can run a bank , their Sr. Management must really be cut off from reality.... and ofcourse suck at thier job. Must be people who have managed to climb to the top on the shoulders of others and not on their own merits.

again, yes it possibly might , ut then why did you join again? Tomorrow you decide to go and join the FBI as a undercover agent and then start cribbing that ur facing an identity crisis?? The basic point here is you took something which you were not prepared for, or willing to adopt to and hence the... frustation. Your fault not the industry's. If you wanted to become a lawyer why didnt you?? Maybe circumstance did not allow you to, maybe you were forced into the BPO industry..look atit this way... if it was not for the BPO industry then you would probably be forced into unemployemnt..or you would have opted for something else. Not everyone gets what they want but everyone has a chance to make the ebst of what they have and move up. While i sympathise with the BPO industry professionals for the schedule they have to follow generically , i have absolutely no sympathy for individuals who decided to get into it. You are cribbing now, sulking about the BPO industry...but yout ook the job didnt you? probably for the same reasons you... have chosen to criticise here. And if you toook it not knowing what it is about or what it would entail then even worse. It simply implie that you are njot interested in knowing or looking 2 years down the line and gauging what your job wil do for you and where you will be. Change if you want to, but dont ctrictize and industry because you dont like it or have possibly personal grudges. The industry never said the work would be easy..so why did u assume otherwise?Read More

A similar case happend with my boss. His ofcourse was actual outstanding which he was not willing to pay because of some other reason. he was also called by a lawyer and was informed that an arrest warrant had been issued. we went to the branch in Noida and met the credit card guy there. The amount ...in question was much smaller...8000. He aslo settled for half i f i recall correct primarily because we were told, and later it was confirmed by freinds as well, that a credit card defaulter (even though u may not be at fault) is blacklisted and this would come up when you are seeking a loan etc of somekind irrespective of the bank making the chances of you receiving it difficult. But in your case you are married so that is ot an issue since it can be taken by your husband. Im not sure how much truth there is in this but check it out. It might make sense to pay half even though the amunt is large. If itwere me i would not have paid, filed it in consumer coutrt..and if ai needed a loan would go through my wife!! though she may charge an additional interest component!!!Read More

dont agree with most of the comments u have made. ebay suffers from the same faults which lie in a normal market. the difference being that here u can ohysically inspect a product and on ebay u cant. but there arer enuf consumers out there who have bought somewthing from ebay and are delgihted ewith... it, including me and enuf who have bought it from a market only to come home and realize that that they have made a mistake... it is primarily these consumers which have bad experiences with ebay....i mean u cant buy something correctly sittin right in front of you what level of trust do u inspiure in being able to buy something online.Read More
