ROYAL STAG MADE ME LOOSE MY JOB. Review on Royal Stag

Royal Stag made me loose my job, when I tried it out for the first time in a HSBC official party , Which was organised in Hyderabad . on 23.06.2006 at Durgam Chirvu (Secret lake) . I have no history of any behivioral ,dicilipinary ,or any aggressive conduct in my past.

There was a storng case built up by my mangers against me stating that I had hit them and a lot of things that could not be put on paper these were the words used by my Avp Satish Chandra

. It could be possible that they had a cheap drink served in the party. which was filled in a royal stag bottles.however this realy made me loose my entire life . I sometimes think that I should sucide. for this unappropripate behivior by my managers.

I have also been discriminated . My coluges an friends and my superiors have been instructed that they do not speeak to me. The only reason was I was drunk , I shouted a lots of things like bandookh nikalo , talwar nikalo , toup nikalo . and this is a treath to the safty of the HSBC employees .

I would kindly request if some one could give me a rational explanation that can some one forget a complete episode of event that happend in a party after drinking royal stag. I learned that the alchol that is mixed or ferminated is ethinol , and what I belive is it consisted of methonl . that gave me a hype and the complete event was forgoten by me.

I had be tried up on Gross miss conduct , that is a procedure of my company. where I feel that I am being victimised. Because I cant relate to any thing they are saying. I have also been instructed to not to speeak to any one not even my friends , Hey! what I belive is we live in a democratic country which is also a secular country. and I have been deprived of my rights to freedom of speeach. thats really not fair.

my managers trethends my colluges of them loosing their job if they are found speeking to me . hey ! I need to know what can a couple of pegs can make a such a big difference to someone .

and if its so I blame it to royal stag. becuase in my line of work I am a very decent person. i have also been accused of calling people from outside to beat up the Assistant manager ,Manager operation and the AVP .

If I was capapble of doing that why would I do that only after drinking.and that to in a paryt of 1500 employees , with a tight security of over50-100 security guards. i would have targeted them in person.

well this is not true that I called some one becuase the fact is I wasnt carring a phone. and I do not remember even the telephone number of my house . How could I remember someone else numbers.

My company has not been fair with me . all the people of my management are one. They are discriminating becuase my personality demands respect, and I get it .well I really dont have an attitude though.People get attracted automatically and I dont do any publicity stunts. however I really feel very bad about the concept of drinking .

This one bad experience is enough for me to quit drinking for my life time . Hey guys I humbly request to all of you who reads this . Royal stag is really not good and neither any other alchol , you could also be in my place ,I am only left with regret ,my first mistake is my last mistake .I really dont know how do I go about.

My own company had given me a loan of 5 lakhs and I have several other credit cards too. I know getting another job is not that hard however my concious pricks me that I have been insulted , letdown by my own people ...that really hurting . I ask a question to myself ? where are my loyalties with my company gone.

My wife is also pregnent, and is also working for the same company . well we are happy to say that we have a good job, we are paid well. however we all are treated as dogs. Not just in HSBC but in all call centers where people work.

Its a disgrace on all the employees , becuase neither them nor me have the guts to fight against the system. all we do is . Tell ourself this is how the system works......

ll I used to drink blenders pride which was a standard drink , and never in my life ever I had something missing form my brain and what I belive is royal stag is a cheap liquor.

I also requested my resourcing manager before the party for blenders pride to be served . and he denied saying "if someone asks for johny walker shall we even serve that. " . I replied if somthing happens after drinking . he asked me to relax nothing will happen we are all there to take care. I was also informed that there would be police , to stop any kind of neusance. And I wonder how could a couple of pegs of Royal Stag make this wonder.
