MS is reflecting actually how customers are experiencing the degraded services of Airtel once upon a time known for is QoS. I am in the receiving end of all their services, Mobile, internet & DTH & reviews are so true.!!

I was a great fan of Nokia phone as Many. But I have been observing their recent releases. The high End 20k+ phones have great H/W but crappy, Not User friendly S/W. All below 10k have pathetic H/w , cheap plastic body, bad display, Camera etc. Its time to say good bye to Nokia. Yes, There will be hardly any specific sightseeing. You can always book a Taxi & go to all the places or use public transport & people are helpful to tell you the bus routes & drop points. Kesineni's staff are traveller unfriendly & act like doing favour everytime you talk to them. Sometime feel like Khaidi's being taken to jail. Even simple queries like time to reach & drop points are not answered.

Tata photon is awarded the product of the year !! & they have put hoardings every 100 mts in my town !. By reading the exp of MS members & my friends personal exp , It should be awarded *** '' Worst product of the year ''*** as it has not even a single satisfied customer. Now marketing team has come... up with one more looting idea by putting a combo plan with acer laptop. Please dont ever buy Tata Photon + postpaid even if they give the device free ! Looks more like an ad than people who have undergone the treatment. Years of hair fall & these guys grow in months... This can happen only in TV commercials.. Caution Advised. Hi, I cant fully agree with you on this but there is a point . Railways have a single central database for pan India & only one website. Evey one right from brokers, agents use this website & even the station counters use the same database but have a faster access through other application. Due to ...this heavy load, especially for tatkal , website is ultra slow from 8am to 8.30 am during which all tatkal tickets are sold out. There are hundreds of forums giving tips on booking tatkal tickets most important of those is the high speed internet. Better go early, use office internet & you have high chance for getting one. But irctc.co.in is one of acclaimed websites based on the volume of transaction it manages & error rates.Read More

This is the exact pain the airtel DTH holder undergoes every time he requires a help from Customer Service for any smallest of things such as relocation, expired account, adding / deleting channel, changing package... Horrible Service ................
