Agreed 100%.. Am also facing same kind of issues.. But I am n AMC.. Will write my experience tonight.. One thing for sure.. I ll never ever buy or refer eureka products hereafter.. Useless service team..

I had the same issue on 2011 wherein i ve requested for a disconnection on Oct 2011, but they billed me till Feb 2012.. I did not pay a penny for that looters..
