0073858057 is my request num, which is due from 8th November. I called multiple times to cust care, even today I called them and line is busy. Yesterday they promised for immediate response, still nobody reached me. 9342310515 is the area manager here whom is not responding and least bothered about ...the customer. I asked him to go thro the service request and call me, he never turned up and his name is Mahadeswar. What are you people going to do now. Instead of posting comments here change your work culture towards customer care. I'll never ever suggest or myself buy a product from your organisation. This is my first free service, I was plannig to go for AMC. Thank god I god best experience here, otherwise I might have lost my money and health (Hyper tension) because of you.
