*Hello, I suggest don't be get cheated with Aquagard purifier. If you buy it you will be in life imprisonment like me and soon you will write a post here for sure. Go for water can. You will be happy in your life. These people are more into selling their product and they never turn behind once the product is sold. Such a worst, worst worst worst worst worst company.


They never worries about the customer and their complaints. What their managers are doing, simply taking the salary and sitting. If they work for Rs100 Which they are receiving, this problems won't occur. Shame on managers. What type of managers you are? *


I am one of the victim of Eureka Forbes. Upon demo request one person came and gave the demo. He suggested for one product and we paid advance Rs. 1000 and next day we got the machine and asked for the remaining payment, for which I told let it installed then I'll pay. For him it took three days for installation, being given multiple followups from my side. They will tell that technical person will call in 30 mins of time and they will call after 1 or 2 days, as they are that much busy.


From here itself my problem started, now it is due for servicing (as per their promise 3 free services within one year and that also will be taken care by them mean to say their person will call and come). I raised a request for the same on 9th Nov and told that I need service for today itself as we will be available at home only on weekends.


Still I got call on 11th asking for the address, I asked him what is his working timings. He told they will work from 10.30 A.M to 6 P.M. Even Go officials also don; t work in such timings. I asked him whether he can come to my place within 10 A.M. He told it is impossible and he don't cover my area, so I asked him to ask someone to call who works at my area. Next day one more guy called, had the same discussion, he also told that they will work from 10.30 A.M to 6 P.M.


So I asked him to come on Saturday. But nobody turned up. I called to customer care on Saturday ie 16th for status. They told within 24hrs they will revert back. Still I told that I am expecting someone today itself as per my availability. No use. Nobody called me.


Again I called on Monday ie 18th. I asked to escalate it. She kept my call on hold for sometime and nobody picked, as I don't have much time to spend I asked for contact which I can call directly, she gave one num where that person is not taking care of my area and he referred to other person telling to replace 515 with his number. I called him and he is in driving and unable to speak to him properly. so asked him when shall I call back.


He was telling that he can speak at that time itself as some-other person is driving. As I am getting more noise at the background I asked him time, he told to call after half an hour. I don't know what makes his mind to change he called in 10 or 15 mins. I told him the problem and was asking some questions which he is not ready to answer, he always asking me the address. Repeatedly I asked him whether he is going to answer my questions or not which he is not able to and keeps on asking my address. I told him to refer my complaint where will get my address. He told that he is not in front of his system now. So I told him to give me call once he is in front his system and disconnected the call.


After 15 mins one more person called me asking my address. Shame less useless people worthless people. I told him to open my compliant and check for my address and also check for my availability. Next day I am on leave and not going to office so I called the second guy for 2 times who is the manager for this area, he didn't picked the call.


Again I called to cust care. Explained the story again. She said sorry for the inconvenience he will immediately help he and I'll get a call from technician. Still I asked her what is their SLA, if the call is not attended whether their managers will ask them or not? She doesn't have nay answer and says the same dialogue which she was very much trained ie "Sorry for the inconvenience, issue will be immediately addressed."


I asked her whether she has answer for my question or not> Again she says the same "Sorry for the inconvenience, issue will be immediately addressed". Poor fellow she might not knowing any English words or sentences beyond that and she is not enough trained. You know still I didn't received any call for this.


I am writing my experience not to promote or depromote anything. As an Indian " We have right to speak."
