to verify the VIN, u can use carwale.com. There is a separate post for that. Each brand has different format for VIN number.

I used to get around 16-17 in city and 24-26 in highway from first itself. I did not felt any change in mileage after service. Your car has some problem or check your driving style. You dont need to change the gears frequently. 4th gear is even able to pickup from 25kmph! Also try to keep an eye on ...the instantaneous mileage. USB is provided in the glove box.Read More

@arunkumar_seshu Hi Its really disappointing.. I am sure you will have to take up this matter to court. You have all the right to get the entire car replaced.. My ABS stopped working last week. I visited KHT motors even though my experience with them was bad. They were not ready to fix the issue b...ecause they wanted to keep their tools for Pooja!!!. I had to talk to the manager and threaten him to get the issue resolved. They took only 5 mins to fix that; A small sensor issue. Now I am again a happy customer. Its almost 16000 kms I request you to fight with them though its difficult at first.. I always use to do with anyone whom I feels are not justifiable. You will succeed for sure.. Believe me, I have driven my friend's i20 while I was coming to home 2 days back. I swear, You will never get the comfort in any other car than Punto diesel at this price tag. I am really sad about your experience. But I have driven 15100Kms. Till date there was not even a single issue except their poor service at KHT Motors. I did my first service from Concorde and the experience was superb. One issue I noted was the suspension. Its bit difficult to drive a hump in 30+ k...ms. But I accept that since the comfort I am getting because of the suspension is much more than any other car in this segment!. Read More

@rajashilpi Back space is comfortable. Both the front seats are much more adjustable. So very well ratio on that. Improvement is needed in speaker bass, interior colour. I recommend it as perfect drivers car! Suspension also is superb.

@mike78 Yes. I own a Punto Multijet Emotion Pk. My experience is amazing. Handling, Comfort and the FEEL is 1000 times better than my Indica. I even drove more than 120 kmph(Didn’t took it more just because it is yet to finish run-in) and the car was rock solid. The feel is amazing once the Turbo ...charger kicks in! All total I am very happy with the car and the features I got with it. May be your experience is with its Fire Petrol, You should have gone with an Alto for better service.
