@ casanova333 :- Engine is awesome... Vehicle is very sturdy and handles any speed with excellent grip and control. But. BUT BUT... If even a single thing is screwed up in ur car, u need to take atleast 3-4 times to the service center to get it repaired... Just an example :- U see a light behind... the AC control knobs when u switch on dashboard lights @ night. This LED had burned up in my car. .I left the car @ service center to change the LED. they took half a day to open the dash and locate the LED. I was about to take the car for long drive that day. I took car delivery and left the service center finally @ 6 PM. To my surprise, trip computer stopped working after few kms. I called service adviser who didn't bother to pick my call. After few more kms, music system stopped working!!! :( Just tried to inspect myself and bent down the glove box to see a shocker. Bunch of wires were left hanging from the dashboard. Literally a bunch!! I had to go on a long drive for 4 days without Trip computer, Music system screwed up and a bunch of wires hanging out (Which could have been fatal).. I suggest NOT TO BUY FROM FIAT!!! If you are bothered about the vehicle and not service, this is the best choice.. I myself have suggested many of my friends and even many people from Mouthshut called me for a suggestion. I used to suggest them Fiat , but now its completely different...Read More

Thanks for all your concerns guys.... I was under similar impression during my first half... I have even written a review comparing Punto to a Swift when i bought my car. When I wrote this review, Mouthsut automatically removed my older post and replaced it with this new one. If not, u would have be...lieved what I am saying. Its horrible dude... There seems to be no company by name FIAT!!! There is no branch office or even a person in Bangalore to address this. Prerana/KHT motors service is horrible. When they are not able to give me a direct contact No for Fiat, you could understand the level of frustration i am put into. I am trying to get just a single contact No from past 1 year. They fool you around as if you are a kid. I have written 100s of mails to Fiat-india/CEO and as well called their customer care around 10-15 times. They just register a complaint and forward it to Prerana again!!! back to square one... I have mentioned clearly in my complaint that I want to speak to a Fiat guy directly.. But again, next day morning I get a call from Prerana motors relationship manager!!! Bullshit!! I have lost faith in FIAT. and pretty soon every one will... This is the reason why Fiat was kicked out of india last time. Its just a phase they are in now. Pretty soon, they would be history...Read More
