I have written to Autocar magazine, to pehredar@moneycontrol.com (CNBC Awaz), registered a complain at core.nic.in and some other places too. We havent got any support till now. We have claimed the insurance amount, Bajaj allianze, and we got only 3 lac. Right now my father is trying to push the m...atter to the local customer forum. It has been a very tedious and disheartening journey so far, and we came to realize the hard way that big corporations like Ford have no feelings for their customers and aloof themselves from all responsibilities in cases like these.Read More
