I have dealt with ICICI Bank in the past. I had their credit card, applied for a loan etc. On every count, their service was pathetic! On the home loan front, since I was skeptical, they assured me that the loan was approved, took the processing fees and then said that the loan was rejected. They ju...st said that their CSA (or whatever it is called) had made a mistake - no apologies, no money returned. When I cancelled my credit card, I cut it in 4, gave it at their branch and took an acknowledgement. After that, I kept getting bills for card renewal fees. And they also had the nerve to call up and threaten me. My written threat to take police action finally made them shut up.
