Last year, after I had changed the headlight, dust started gathering inside the left front headlight of my Honda Civic. I had complained about it to the dealer, but they expressed their inability to get it cleaned.
I stayed with it for more than 8 months, feeling bad that a car like Civic has dirty headlights, and kept complaining to the dealer every time the car went for servicing.
Finally, 10 days ago, I wrote a complaint on the Honda website. To my delight, I received a phone call from them within 48 hours enquiring about the problem. Since my car was anyway due for servicing, they apparently asked the dealership to attend to it. The headlight has been cleaned now - not completely, but it definitely is much cleaner!
Not only that, I received a call from them on Sunday, enquiring if the dealership had attended to the problem, and is it resolved.
