Great Review and thanks for pointing this issue with penny stocks. I think is absolutely wrong to use the same minimum brokerage amount for penny stocks that is there with other normal stocks. They should treat penny stocks differently. I am sure they are making money just like these. If they... wre genuinely interested in customer service, they would have waived atleast a part of it. I too feel that Air Deccan should start giving seat numbers at the time of checkin. Right now, its very difficult for a person with family to find consecutive seats in the aircraft.. and not everyone can be first in the line. Is someone listening. Shravan

Well, Jabalpur is my city and I have spent all my childhood and good part of my life there. It's very disheartening to read bad things about jabalpur as its very close to my heart. I agree with your review and fully support you on this. Such hotel owners should be taken to task as they are ...not only bringing bad name to themselves but to the entire city. Well, I have used several credit cards till now and one thing I realized that practically the onus of keeping track of monthly bills and payment is on the customer and not the bank (which should be otherwise)... I am facing few problems now as every month I take time to call them, or check statement... online and then proceed..... I think banks in india have not matured yet..... Regards Shravan Read More

Well you have said it right. We always critisize our airlines, but there are worse airlines in the world. I have flown in Air India to tokyo 3 times and was very impressed with everything (except very old air hostess ;() Regards Shravan

Well said Vijay Laxmi. The ICICI banks employees are not very customer oriented and they in general dont seem to care about the problems of the customers. Or May be we are expecting too much from them.. this is all because of the hype they have created in the media about ICICI... I had on...e account with ANZ Grindlays and I used to visit the branch frequently and it was such a good experience.. Smiling staff.. few customers..eerything was in order. Anyway...lets hope all banks improve... That was a good review.. Keep writing. Well, I have a two wheeler and I personally enjoy the freedom it gives. On way to my office, I go on a 6km toll bridge, which is world class and I generally speedup to 75km/hr on this stretch, but after reading this review, I think i will slow down a bit,although its very difficult for me. I too have bad experience with ICICI, Every time i had to get a card,statement, changing address etc etc, I had tough time with it... I am only satisfied with their ATM and online sites...
