Woodrose Club - Avenue Road - Bangalore

Woodrose club is horrible. Atitute of the management & staff is very snobish. They take their members for granted and doesn't mind misbehaving as well. All their rules are bent for the special guests, their own staff & their families. Looks like this club is made for their own friends & families at ...the cost of members money. I stay in the same complex and have been seeing this for last 4 years. They are becoming worse day by day. Being part of hosiptality industry atleast they should know how to deal with customers. They had a rule of home delivery over 200 but all of a sudden they changed the rule that it will be over 500 and no information to memebers. This is already one & half hour and food is still not here. On calling them again no proper response. If you have changed the rules, why do you take order? I guess I will now be a very regular on this to keep sharing my frustating experiences...Read More

Guys, Zestbreaks folks are nothing but cheats. They will never give the rooms to members on the desired rates and also allot the worst available rooms to them. There is no way that you can find out about the availability of rooms as they will always lie and say theat they are not available. There is... no way of escalation too internally as there website is so lousy. They are simply bunch of cheaters. I have taken there highest level of membership and have never been able to get the rooms on the desired dates. When I take the higest level of membership, I expect that atleast they will be able to offer me rooms sometime on the desired dates and if I have to always go during the midweek, than why to take this membership. Really don't know, how to take these guys to task. Big liars and cheater!Read More

I recently tool the verve membership (supposed to be available for high season) but never gets a reservation on the weekends. Guys, they are just cheating as you can get bookings for the same dates as non member but they will not give it to members. Pls do not take any membership of Zest.
