I even spoke to their customer care, and they confirmed that these channels are not part of the standard package. Top-ups are possible. IF you say that these channels are there, then it seems to be a really good buy.

I think rather than unethical, it is illegal to sell anything above MRP. I have worked on various POS systems, and in most of the systems though the cashier at the system does not have authorization to change the price, the store manager or some other person always has the authority to change it. ...I am sure they can be pulled to consumer court for charging above MRP.Read More

Within one hour of posting my review on this site, I got a call directly from Ezeego1.com and they assured me that the cash back would indeed be credited to my account in next few days. They also clarified the Terms & Conditions, and it said that the cash back would be cr...edited within 21 days of check out. This is what you call customer service!!
