I wish to share my experience of another sister business of club mahindra here. They have launched zestbreaks, a short breaks on the similar lines and I have taken the membership for their highest season. To my surprise, I never get bookings on the desired dates, while if I try to get the booking in the same resort on the same dates as onetime holiday as a non member, they are always available.
What a pity!!! Also they will always allot the worst room available to member, while keeping the better rooms available for the non member (as they are paying now and not the ones who have paid in past). I am very sorry to say but looks like they are just all out to cheat and lie to their patrons.
I am not sure if this forum caters to zestbreaks or not but want everyone to keep this mind that these sad stories continues in their new venture also. Are they really interested in doing any improvement Regards,
