Your statement that the review is by a staff member is refuted. My profession has nothing to do with airlines; however, I have flown a lot internationally; both on business & leisure. The review is based on my personal experience & also my family members also traveled a couple of times (incl aged pa...rent & infant) and they also had shared the same experience.
Now, I can understand your ire from your review.. To avoid such situation; just do sufficient research before you embank on anything for that matter. This will help you to distinguish between LCCT & the main KLIA and also it pays to read fine print as well - esp when it comes to too good deals and promotional offers - conditions shall apply - caveat emptor.

I also did have an NRE zero balance a/c which they canvassed me to open - but not being satisfied with their responses to my simple requests as a customer, I cancelled it in less than a month.

I own a Tata indigo CS petrol, see my review in the relevant MS forum,
The mileage I get is between 10 and 11. Mine is city-suburb driving with a/c on all the time.
TATA agent confirms that this is considered as good mileage for the given conditions.
So I am surprised to note that even Nano gets ...only similar mileage - which means though the upfront cost is less, the fuel cost is more or less same with a pertrol IndigoCS. Someone correct me if I am wrong.Read More

Yes, the after sales service sucks big time! I am happy with my car which has completed 20,000 since Nov 2008. It is a definite VFM, no doubt . But the service center experience RF Motors is horrible. Under-staffed and the staffs are not properly trained.

More about bird watching. Few pointers if you intend to take up bird watching.
1. Get a decent pair of binoculars. Remember, you can do it from your balcony or roof terrace too if your neighbourhood is endowed with vegetation or anything that fosters bird inhabitation.
2. If you are going out for... a trekking etc for BW, make sure to wear brown/Khaki or any color which merges with the enviorns. A cap of such color will help too.
3. If you want to keep record, keep your camera handy. (I will upload some of my photos.)
4. You can make your own bird feeder, bird bath or watering place - to attract and sustain birds in your backyard.
5. Finally, a person not to be forgotten in indian bird watching scene - Dr. Salim Ali - the world famous ornithologist.
