Having read your comments, it pains to state that first of all your grievance is quiet shocking. Everybody’s expectation from this company is very high as it’s one of the oldest logistics services providers. But for an individual mistake no one should blame the entire organization. Buying a dozen banana no one can expect all in good shape. And for one small banana blaming the entire fruit basket is not fair.
In my 50 years career, in so many occasion the services from this organization are excellent and full of customer satisfaction. Last time, I dispatched an urgent parcel to my son on the eve of his entrance test from Ahmedabad to Chennai was delivered on the next morning around 08=30 a.m. on my special request though it was not a business hours.
Any how, on behalf of company, I take this opportunity to reassure you of very prompt and satisfactory services as I have bestowed my faith in it.
