Please contact Bala Ji who is supervisor of that service center follow-up with him to get your phone. Re: They came but...... You are correct same incident happen with one of my close friend. The reliance Exec. didn't able to install the software on his laptop[Windows XP SP2]. So my suggestion is be patient and wait. BSNL also introduced 7mbps 3G modem. But BSNL has very less 3G coverage.

I would like to add some more I also used Airtel broadband unlimited plan for 2 years very satisfactory but nowadays most of the area you may not get Airtel Broadband due to high demand and no extension from airtel side. Airtel customer care will say we don't have free port in that ...area which is very sad. I change my house and there is no free port so now I'm using Reliance Broadnet Wimax which is giving more speed with less money and they improve their service enough.Read More
