INDIGO CS LX REVIEW FOR FUTURE OWNERS IN LUCKNOW. Review on Tata Indigo CS

Recently I purchased an Indigo CS LX from lucknow. No sooner I owned the vehicle I realized that I have got the best out of my investment. But during its very first service scheduled at one month from the date of purchase. I found the quality of service that was not satisfactory, as they were lacking trained professionals.

To add up to the troubles, TATA has got only three service outlets in the main city, out of which only one is the main dealer. The workers(labour) overthere are less trained as it appeared since the kind of handling they give to the vehicle is also somehow not appreciable.

Further if you are in for claiming insurance for any damage in your vehicle then be ready to land up in a mess. Overall, if you are not quite alert very soon you will start realising the defects in the vehicle even in those parts which you haven’t even complained of.

Further, my request to TATA is to develop a scheme such that they can easily evaluate the quality of service provided by the labours to the customers, rather than taking the feedback of their workers from the customer through telecommunication and also to hier those workers who are more skilled, problem oriented, and are able to offer comparatively better service.

Further for security issues like CENTRAL LOCKING SYSTEM, my request to TATA MOTORS is to get it done in the company prior to delivering the vehicle to the customer and add the price to the cost of the vehicle rather than leaving it to the showroom workers and labours, since they themselves are not very clear with the exact wiring of the vehicle, due to which they mess up and finally land the customer into trouble since it is the customer who is ultimate sufferer.

So guys, whomsover is interested in owning this vehicle in nearby future, please ensure the quality of post sales service and also if your going in for CENTRAL LOCKING SYSTEM then ensure to get it done only in the company and only by a trained professional.
