Good review for a first timer...my suggestion would be to concentrate more on the product, in this case-Lufthansa. I agree with your views on the Germans, although I do find Europeans in general slightly on the rude side compared to Americans. I have travelled from Chicago to Mumbai on Lufthansa and... the only 'bad' experience I have had was when I asked for warm water instead of tea/coffee and was told that they dont serve warm water. However, they ultimately did bring me warm water.. Overall, I feel the service was better on the Chicago-Frankfurt leg.Read More

I’d like to comment on the clutch stutter u have mentioned...the whole skill in driving a stick shift lies in balancing the clutch and the gas pedal properly. If you suddenly let go the clutch in any stick shift in the world, it will stutter becasue the ’’teeth’’ of the gears will not properly align... with the driveshaft. Thanks for the comment spookie...i'm definitely more satisfied with orange n BPL( atleast so far..) I spent a good amount of time in the Air Tel gallery and got the matter sorted out..it was agreed that the customer care executive at the call center was wrong..so i was to call the call center n talk... to a particular person the next day..so i call...after a number of attempts the call connects...and when i ask for the person i'm told..there are many executives here with that name sir..i dont know whom u want...so i ask for the guy who gave me the wrong info...n guess what??there are many executives by his name too!! do these guys all have similar names?? as if they have been named at some 'mass (uni) naming ceremony' ..the best part is that when i ask abt my balance the person checks my account n tells me that all the balance that was to be added was added n got used up!!imagine a balance that was not there day before suddenly appeared n also got used up!! at that point of time i cud do nothing but throw my hands up n shout 'foul play!!' i asked to speak to their supervisor...n was put on hold for 15 -20 mins!! who does that!! best part was this lady goes on to day 'Thank You for calling Air Tel...Have a nice day' before even solving my problem!! i guess all i can do now is just laugh at the way Air Tel is being run n also throw the SIM as soon as it gets used up!
