This is a normal practice. If you are very particular in immediate refund, you can order pay cash on delivery. Any refund using credit card will take time to repay. Avoid Yepme.com and Snapdeal. Ebay and Tradus is just ok, but still risky and their quality not guaranteed. I am happy with Flipkart, amazon(there too i have complaint once), pepperfry, homeshop18, infibeam, Landmark books .Yebhi quality is good, but nowdays the service is bad.

Stay away from hindushopping.com and indiaplaza.com. Both are class I fraudsters. I purchased four book from them. But they delivered only two after one month. Still no response from them. This is their way of making money, by not supplying you all the books ordered. Stay away from these cheaters.

Dont buy products from stylespa( earllier Gautier ). They have no after sales service, as they claim. You are left to yourself in case of any problem. Better stay away from them
