Very Very Poor Service. Review on Overnite Express, Delhi

I happened to purchase a Dvd from Ebay Online shopping site on 18th August 2010. The online vendor from Bhopal(Madhya pradesh) was very prompt to ship the Dvd to Kochi the same afternoon through Overnite Express which was his biggest mistake.

In the normal course the product should reach me on the 4th or 5th day , but its now almost 10 days the product has still not reached me what a pathetic situation. The Dvd which I ordered was Fedora 13 for my project work, now its useless even after getting it , I have managed it with Ubuntu.

I will show some interesting fact how the Fools at Overnite express works. The product was supposed to travel from Bhopal to Kochi , instead it went to Delhi(who is there in Delhi his grandfather) from there it traveled to Kochi, but still it has not reached me.

I will show the approximate distance which is taken through each route. They will be travelling an additional 700 Km what a pity.

Bhopal to Kochi 1855 Km

Bhopal to Delhi 744 Km

Delhi to Kochi 2515 Km

Why this round about  , any one of you at Overnite Express has any idea of this movement.

The website maintained by this Overnite Express is also very pathetic I could not post any Feedback or complaint , every time it shows the server is busy.

I suggest Overnite Express Management to drop this industry because you are not at all fit for this, there are good players like Professional Couriers , Bluedart and India post(Speed Post) who are prompt in there service.

I request all of you who are reading this to stay away from this crooks, who are still in the Stone Age.
