Thank You So Much for your honest review but I do think that you might have been cheated by that bogus/counterfeit/fake shop (I have habit of typing too many synonyms but I think I have kept it less even though they seem to be enough from a genral point of view) representing them as I didn't found a...ny in Lajpat Nagar on their website*. And upon further researching, I too have to take a note and admit to this point they do have franchisees** but that webpage** also links to that same Store Locator*. So it would be better and more relieving to the potential customers to be more aware of their practices by believing your points if you [could] prove that accused lady (@raksha511) is actually working for them [at least] (i.e. Attero Recycling***, which surprisingly, has investment support from the International Finance Corporation [abbreviation: IFC], an investment arm of World Bank Group***** and even have first joint-initiative started in 2013****** [even though it isn't listed in the investment document formatted in PDF having infromation since 2000 to 2011**** and also won many awards from various fields; I guess that 'award saying' is hard truth rather gossip) [such as where did you got that information from] and/or image[s]/photo[s]/snap[s] of that alleged [franchisee] store in Lajpat Nagar as you're accusing all of them (the 'reviewers) [at once]. ??

Well, I also saw the same issue with the same inches Samsung TV in the house of my family member who is now an NRI. But the only difference was that he was using normal/SD set top box. Are you facing this issue just on SD channels or even Asli/True HD channels such as NGC, Discovery, Star Plus, Sony..., History TV18, Colors, etc?? And you seem to be a person who is knowledgable enough, so I don't think I need to further ask/explain that whether you have HD subscription pack or not and how to recognise such channels, etc. So do reply with an answer! :)Read More

Yes! Such deals are risky but they have clearly written that if you won't win, then you will get credit points. But if the actual refund is concern, then they have also written in the point 8 of their T&Cs that "At no point of time will the Suratdiamond points be refunded as money.[sic]&quo...t; so if you have opinion that they are cheating by not mentioning this condition on the deals page (which is honest as per consumer's views), then that means all companies are cheating by such T&Cs as 99.99% companies' T&Cs are mostly against customers rather neutral.Read More

Same problem with me! :( I contacted through their 'traditional' email support help desk, in their reply, firstly they insisted that the recharge was successful but when I replied, then they said that the refund was processed from their side. Then I waited for few days, but when I didn't received th...e refund and wrote back again, they deleted my concerned support ticket. Then I had to create a new support request referring the old ticket number, in that I gave them the last warning to either refund my money in actual or be defamed, then they didn't replied me and they did whatever they can. They SUSPENDED my entire help desk account (means support account, not the actual account whereby users do e-commerce with them). It is indeed very true that 'companies become rapacious when their customers started growing'. :'(Read More

If there was Sachin Tendulkar's photo and autograph and "Ready for* Windows™ 8" written on the packaging that means it is authentic. Indian packagi...ng is different from the US packaging that it doesn't have 'Windows™ 8 Compatible' and awards' logos. And the year 2013 isn't mentioned on both packagings.Read More
