I ordered black-Decker Wall Fan Order # 224363401Here are events in chronological order.
1) day 1, 2 & 3 there were ordering issues on site portal
2) 4th day, I checked with customer care they denied any confirmation of ordering
3) 5th day made my profile again & re-ordered, but still no confirmations
4) checked again with customer care they said this is still to be cleared
5) 8th day I got a call to confirm my order; so I know officially order has been placed
6) now have to wait 10 more days to delivery(COD was mode of payment which has some additional charges)
7) past 10 days of order(total 18 days), I checked website already showed product dispatched for further details check courier Aramex.
8) no way to check with Aramex, website not taking inputs / docket no as correct. & none to reply calls at the helpdesk.
9) past 15 days Aramex delivered surprise package(total 8+15 days)
10) payment was to be made before opening the package
11) The product was received broken
12) filed a complaint same day
13) checked on status of complaint(8+15+1 day) need to send mail again & also call back
14) talked to service head he assured this will be rectified
15) 8+15+6 days checked again status on call(no status mail till now)
16) service head confirmed on mail that will be return shipment in next 3 days(8+15+8 days)
17) Aramex came to pickup again & had no clue on delivery address, checked with help desk again & provided Greendust return address
18) pickup happened 11 Aug 2014
19) sent a couple of mails on status, but no reply
19) checked on refund status on call center 21st Aug 2014
20) the reply is now 7th sept 2014
The first order confirmation formally by green dust was 13 Jul(thats post their internal portal issues) & now refund may be expected on 7 Sep 2014.Overall 2 months wasted .Such a long period & no response to mails unless we call help desk
I feel green dust is not worthy of any orders unless they improve a lot on their services both pre-sales & post sales
