I want to put it upfront that my issues listed below were well addressed by the Crazeal Social team who checked my feedback in mouthshut. So when you read my original review below please mind that issue no.3 is completely addressed and no.2 is on its way being serviced. What more to expect? I'm given with complementary crazeal credit as well :) Hence increasing my rating too here.
For benefit of the readers I like to share some guidelines when you purchase from CRAZEAL.COM
Always buy on COD (Cash on Delivery): Crazeal by nature is not reliable. So if you pay upfront with credit card it will give you more agaony! Delivery is always delayed..
Buy only those items from established brands such as Kent, Samsung, HP etc. because all other items are cheapest quality chinses products and you never get a repair opportunity once purchased despite of warranty e.g. Bladeless fan I bought from crazeal for 3000 worked only for a month. It has 6 months warranty but my request with crazeal is unresolved for 2 months now. Since it is not from a manufacturer with retail presence in India, I am unable to get it repaired outside also.
Never fall prey to the 7-day 'no questions asked' warranty. They bluff you when you call back for a return. e.g. I bought LED ear-picks for 300, which were so unfinished that it harms ears if used. I tested one piece and then called for a product retun with in 2 hrs of delivery citing cheap quality, the executive told me that the 'return form' sent along with the product is old and now they do not take back products for quality concerns. Their logistic team certified that all items are of good quality :)
So my advise to all prospective customers is that keep away from crazeal unless you find the product of your desire is from a reputed manufacturer and you get a significant cost benefit from crazeal.
