The whole purpose of this posting is to open up reality about LIC HFL offerings and see if this acts as an eye opener for LIC-HFL itself. Here I'm listing some facts before anyone falls prey to attractive plans of LICHFL. Let me start with the(apparent) good points- Very easy, fast processing...Read more

Glad to see that you have experienced good initial service from LIC-HFL, was more or less the same me as well. However the customer starts facing the music once the fixed interest tenure (which people normally opts) is over. LICHFL's issues emanating right from their policies which their staff can'...t override even if they wish. E.g. holding existing customers at ransom for lack of a scheme to migrate to plans with new/lower rates, a facility that even most profit oriented private banks provide. LICHFL lures new customers with its low initial-fixed-interest schemes and sets them to a whopping high rate at the expiry of fixed tenure. Never give them an option to migrate to lower rate running plans even with a conversion fee. Surprisingly they happily direct customers for takeover by other lenders! The customer finally has to go through all hassles of reapplying, processing fee and documentation all over again, this time with zero support from builder/developer. Add to that, going by majority experience, people are held at ransom by the lethargic response and arrogance of the staff as with most govt/qauzi-govt organizations. I am to give a detailed review over my 4+ years of experience with LICHFL, just made this comment to your posting since it could help viewers with other side of the reality. Also appreciate you sharing your good experience with LICHFL as well.Read More

Having brough it home, the unit was not operating (cut-off function) as per the manual. It ramins on adn I was afraid t...Read more

VOW!! That's really wonderful.. I'm honest in saying that you've taken my distress away and well compensated. I did place a 499/- order (car vacuum cleaner) right away. Truly appreciate your grievance resolution measures and restoring customer confidence, and I'm happy to continue my relationship wi...th crazeal. Thanks PremgyRead More

That's right. You don't find a ticket number for my concern because the agent declined to consider product quality issue as a valid reason.

In response to the question by 'maazkalim' on sewing machine: The delivery agents do not allow to open when they handover and do not take the product back as well. If the product is to be returned you need to call crazeal, convince them why you want to return and then they send you a procedure... for return pickup. Not so easy as it sounds. Now on the product, as I understand the 'Mini Sewing Machine' in offer is not of any reliable brand. So it's all about trying your luck. If you are not really worried about the money you spend on it and want the product for no serious use, then taking the risk would be fine. Else spend some extra bucks and get one from a retailer who lets you try the product and guarantee future repair assiatnce. Regards PremgyRead More

Those of you have problems with LPG mode in your Duo, don't leave behind, get it rectfied when the vehicle is under warranty. Let them change anything they want and set it right. My Duo is now 2 yrs, done 22000km, mostly on LPG -it does well except the drop in power and obvious slow acceleration ...and difficult overtakings. More than economy (lpg-3.35rs/km petrol-3.85rs/km) what I appreciate with LPG is significantly lower emissions. You can be sure that when you are on LPG you pollute less than a bike!Read More

My WagonR Duo Lxi is now ~3yrs and 41000km. Today I change my recommendation to a 'NO' for this car. Reasons are many- the LPG run kills the engine gradually. Over a period the engine becomes rough on both LPG & petrol. The Rs.1 you save every km running on LPG spoils your 4lac+ car. The low qua...Read more
