See my comments under my review which I posted 3 months later, their service and customer care is pathetic. I even took ACT Broad Band service and they also failed miserably. I will post a separate review for ACT BB service.

After 3 months, I came to know the true colors of the BB service, I had introduced a customer and as per their promise, they were supposed to give me one month free service, they gave with very much reluctance. The additional one month was of no use as I had faced low speeds at a particular time whi...ch was not rectified even after 4 months. I finally decided to disconnect their services. I am sorry for writing a review earlier which I regret now...Read More

When Uninor came into the market, the per minute tariff was not enticing until one day I made a simple calculation for the calls for that day and was surprised on how much I would have saved if I had a Uninor connection. I had started off with the .39ps call setup charges plan but shifted to ...Read more

The hype surrounding the release of Docomo subsided once people came to know the true service related issues.  Even though, they made the call rates fall, they could not manage the enormous success and failed to provide immediate relief. Most of the outgoing calls are duds.  The calls get dis...Read more

Big Bazaar Bangalore especially Double Road is a good experience. What do you do when you go shopping to a local neighborhood friendly shop ? You give your list of items and then when the billing is done, you verify yourself all the items in the bill and their prices, then why cannot you do this at ...Big Bazaar ? BB is a mall where all the products of different stores in your neighborhood is stored and sold with discounts as they operate on high volumes and low prices. When Metro came to Bangalore, there was a riot but even today you get good quality from Metro at wholesale prices. This is my second review at Mouthshut.  My earlier review was for the Nokia N 72 which did not last long with me. After testing various models including the E70, I settled for this model.  Even though I needed a business phone, I was reluctant to take this and had decided to take either HTC o...Read more

M 800 Watch Phone from China

I got the opportunity to get a gift from my friend in Singapore for the famed M 800 Mobile watch phone.  This is a great phone watch with a touch pad screen although very small but usable. I am able to store my telephone numbers and get calls on my watch.  The provided bluetooth headset is a bit ...Read more

I have already posted my review of my E398 earlier. After seeing the other posts, I thought I should post again with some more info. E398 is a true MP3 player with speakers which also allows you to make calls. There is no single phone available that has all the features of a 398 for the price t...hat it sells. I have flashed the set a number of times and finally I have these features - Voice Recording, Video Recording in addition to the other regular features. Only during video playback, there is a speed lag but one does not play videos all the time... BTW, it also supports MP4 which is about 50% less in size compared to MP3. Search for E398 reviews and Mods on the net and you will definitely pat your back for buying the right phone...Read More

I feel sorry for the way the SONY personnel treated you. If someone had told you to buy this specific camera, you could have asked them about the usage details instead of depending on the Sony dealer or company. Here in India, Sony is not customer friendly. They only want to do sales, sales and s...ales. I got this cam after a lot of research on the Net and then purchased at a local dealer (not exclusive one), came home and read the manual thoroughly. After a few hours, I was able to shoot videos like a pro. I even transfer all my stuff to DVD regularly. I do not have any special background in this area but I just went through the manual carefully. Just try out yourself and you will one day be a pro like me.Read More

Download Ulead's Video Studio or if you use Winxp, then you can use Moviemaker to convert your recordings to vcd or dvd format. The software that comes with the camera is not helpful.

After researching the info on the Net I finally went and bought the E398 for about 9K including VAT. Though the 64MB Transflash memory given free with the handset it is of not much use as the number of high quality songs that you store is less. A 256 or 512 would have been good.
