Welcome to the TATS Sky harassed club. You were lucky to have a set top box at your place. In my case, I paid for it, but it never got installed. When you take them to court, please let me know. Lets file a bunch of cases against them, so that they don't dupe other innocent consumers.

Is ICICI paying you to write this? Everything written here is biased & does not match our experience with this bank. Promptness! I receive quarterly statements after almost 2 months of next quarter! Attitude of their staff: Atleast in Hyderabad, I have found gutkha chewing folks in their branches.

Folks, I don't understand that inspite of a bad name of ICICI bank in terms of products & service, why do we always end up being their customer? Fine, in case of a salary account, we may not have much of choice but for personal accounts, always keep ICICI last in the list. ICICI is a big elephant (s...maller than SBI, of course) which is tough to dance. The employees of ICICI are no less than sarkari emplyees & one has to have a high balance in accounts (like 10 lacs) in order to expect them to talk softly. This is so true. Even I faced the same dilemma when I was supposed to choose the package. Inadvertently, I was supposed to pay for channels which neither me nor any of my friends & family members are going to watch. But anyways, since my installation did not fructify, I'm happy that I didn't fall in... the vicious circle of TATA Sky. Have you guys observed, that the channels get paid exactly a week before a crowd pulling stuff is gonna be aired on the channel. Didn't expect TATA to involve in such money haggling techniques.Read More

Strange to see the financial institutions state in India. Almost all banks out there are rampantly cheating the customers. Why isn't there a tribunal to audit such behaviour of banks? In most cases, I bleeive even the police does not intervene.
