I am been ICICI customer from last couple of years.I had posted another review on Worst service from ICICI.
Recent transaction was made from my card of rs 159/- when I was relaxing at home.I got a message wen I was @ home that my card is swiped for 159 I was surprised.wen I called up customer care(again wasting my money) he says it was transaction on 9th of may but deducted now on 19th of may.I was surprised again asked how is it possible he took 15 min to check( my money was wasted on call) final answer was sameTRANSACTION MADE ON 9TH BUT DEDUCTED ON 19th. so we need to keep track of our swipings n expenditure.
every time I am scarde to swipe my card now.worried about double swipes n irresponsible response.
Pls do not invest ur money or use ICICI its worstest bank to trust.
