I registered through their call center and they took up my registration and after couple of days I got a mail stating that my area is not feasible for a connection even though their website states that connection can be provided in my area. @beavis Well went and ordered couple of DVD's and got it deleivered the second day. Purchased through debit card only. You can check with the bank as there would be a provision to credit the amount back if it is a multiple transaction. The same happened to me while buying a product through ebay... but I got the credit back in couple of days for the multiple transaction.Read More

I've been using it for more than four years without any problem. Yes, ocassionally you need to top the gas since split airconditioners are bound to have more maintenance as the compressor are situated outside. This happens with all split airconditioners irrespective of the brand or models.

I have three types of DTH connections- Tatasky, Airtel, Dish. Out of this TS is the one who atleast provides any answer though they take several days to solve a simple problem like yours. Dish and Airtel I am sure you would be at your wits end trying to explain any problem and for them to understand... it and finally to send someone to look into it usually they take a minimim of 10 to 15 days. Unless TRAI steps in to protect the consumers with iron hand from these DTH providers nothing would change.Read More

Cheating at its best & one sided agreement

These people have fool proof agreement. Once signed we are at their mercy. It is not only the Bangalore project, even in Chennai OMR project it is the same case. My relative had paid a hefty sum and when the project was not completed on time, Purva simply told him that the project cost has gone up a...nd requested for more money. When he wanted to opt out, then came the surprise for him where he had signed the agreeemet stating that the cost could be revised due to unviable circumstances. The agreement also stated that he would be paid only 30% of the money he had paid to them in case he wants to opt out in the middle. It would take too many years to fight this case in court and it would be a dream to get judgement in favor of those who have been fooled.Read More

I had one Sharp TV couple of years back but should add that their service is not sharp enough when required. Even during warranty period they do not service the TV properly and they always have a ...standard answer that the parts are out of stock. A local TV mechanic got the TV to work in less than an hour. There has never been delay from him when despatching the goods and has a response time of two hours for any query raised. They would ship it ultimately when that mobile model becomes redundant. If you need to reach them through phone call them between 3p.m and 5p.m. (throughout my followup with them I was able to reach between this time only).

I have done the same and ordered for a printer through Citibank reward points more than a month back. It is still not deleivered and I called these India Plaza guys to cancel the order and that has also not being done. I am not sure regarding the rules of crediting the reward points back to the card... and I have also wrtitten to the bank regarding this. Well I suppose it is going to be long wait to get the reward points back. It is a Useless website and I wonder how they are still up and running inspite of all the negative remarks they get.Read More
