Part II cont'd from previous post: I noticed that everything was highly disorganized at flipkart not only their people but also their website. But I felt assured that flipkart was making a mistake about the 7 orders since my bank account reflected only 1 transaction and not 7. To my HORROR the next... day i.e. 24 hours later, I saw 7 debits on my bank account.!!! The item being purchased was a mobile phone costing 11,000 INR and I was seeing a debit of rs 77,000 from my account. I immediately got my account hotlisted. After trying for about the next 48 hrs I learnt that flipkart generated the additional orders. I asked for a refund immediately for all transactions. And then someone from flipkart calls up trying to negotiate a discount deal for the 7 purchases made , he wanted me to keep the sale by offering me discounts- which clearly pointed out that FLIPKART WAS PURPOSEFULLY DOING IT. I am still awaiting a refund and I still have no means to contact flipkart except through their support nos which nobody picks! Ok You dont believe me ....why dont you meet me and I shall show you each and every step of Flipkart's fraudulent operation. To explain in full detail: I made a purchase or rather two purchases from flipkart, one of them did not go through ( meaning there was some jsp loading issue at the payment... gateway's website.....which is something that happens while online shopping..which is a known issue). As is the norm in such matters my bank debited the amount from my account and credited it to flipkart and flipkart's application said that the payment is pending. The bank had generated the ref no etc which was getting reflected on flipkart as well. In order to check if flipkart does a refund or keeps the order pending for 24 hrs ...i tried reaching them at 9 p.m. to learn that they DO NOT have 24X7 support. The next day I spent a full 4 hours trying to reach their so called '24X7 customer report' only to learn that it doesn't work or it is picked up only like once in 50 tries. Being fed up i then got at their 'submit a comment/contact us app' on their web site and started bombarding them with as many as 50-60 posts within an hour - and only then did someone responsible called me back. Not only was he unaware of online shopping ( as he vehemently started blaming the bank for the problem and wouldn't even let me explain him the exact problem). After a few more such tries I finally spoke to a responsible lady who seemed experienced on the matter, only to learn, to my shock, that their records show that their website has generated as many as 7 such orders. I couldn't believe it, I said I did not make that many orders as the first order itself was not going through so its not possible - she refused to clarify any more.
