Hi Hari, Thanks for the review. Just wanted to give my two cents on the mileage. I have drive a few cars, I dont own Versa, and my mileage has usually been better than what is advertized. 1.Try and drive smooth, in the sense use the right gears at right speeds and dont race the engine unnecessari...ly mileage. 2.Also the person driving should try and maintain the recommended speed for max mileage when on free roads or highways. 3. Turn of the car when you are at long timing signals, or railway crossings or when you just know that its going to take time to move on. 4. Avoid using AC when not required. Also, once it gets cool and comfortable, you can keep only the fan on for some time especially if its non-summer seasons. 5. Keep a proper tyre pressure, use a trustworthy petrol pump and service on time atleast for the first 2-3 years. Hope it helps. Regards, PrakashRead More

Regarding PAN number, these jokers actually took it once, lost it and then disabled my account saying that PAN number not submitted! They deny that I have submitted it, and made me resubmit it. Then I had to followup for almost 3 weeks to get it enabled. BAD!

You have raised the valid point of falling services levels. But no other details at all. I believe the reviews should help readers understand the full truth both the good and the bad, not vent out frustration. Please do elaborate. Is ease of use and value for money also 1/4? Why so? Bett...er still put out an online petition or some such means where all of us can lodge our pains on how bad the customer service has been in each of our cases. Also confused on so many points: 1. Why are you duplicating across the models. You say the same thing for 5118 model as well as 5200 2. You dont mention which HP service (city, location) you had to tackle 3. You didnt mention the chronology of events. What took place, when etc.Read More

szar, actually the engineers who worked on my laptop were polite and friendly. In fact that part was impressive. The problem, like you have also highlighted is when you need to reach the engineer to ask if he finished it, the intermediaries ranging from telephone operators upto the middle managers (...probably especially the managers) were bad. Having said that, the top guy in the Bangalore branch, when he realised I was not happy with things, came out and took personal interest and clarified/closed pending things. No. the speaker grills have not rusted.Read More

I see your point. I hope the great airlines management are seeing this and learning. Unforseen delay problems is one thing, managing the situation and making sure people are doing fine is another. Thats whats management. If they can't do it, why are they there in the industry?

You got some points right on about the lack of a good plot and improper information base. Gibson clearly wanted to invoke box office response by the 'rawness' of the scene depictions. But thats where he clearly lost points as a film maker in my opinion. I have said this before and will always say... it.. a raw reality when depicted on the screen can be of two types - GROSS (by poor directors like those of B Grade movies) , EFFECTIVE (by good directors who make you feel ughhhh.. but wow!! ), unfortunately Gibson is beginning to take more of the former stance. But hats off to the stages, makeup and attires. I rewinded a watched some scenes a couple of times just to see how nicely Gibson put in drama what we usualy see only in pictures. Especially the Head priest doing the sacrifices - mindblowing stuff.Read More

Dear Somesh, I can see the frustration that they seem to have given you. It is not the first time I am hearing of very bad service from the showroom/service folks making one feel horrible. You give no information about the nuisance reliance is giving for scores of customers. Also there are even webworlds that are disliking reliance and its high handed behaviour. If this is just an Ad, then it adds no value.

Technology is all fine. But there are score of people having HELL with reliance. Please dont justify saying there are other happy customers. Reliance is known to swindle people once things are on the move. If you see the kind of attrocious behaviour of this company you will regret.
