This is the worst marathon experience. Should have seen that this was organized by Rotary club, one kanjoos organization. There was no electrolyte on the 10K run (salt/sugar). Over time... these guys could have improved. Give them a try. But I have their invoices stored with me still. Most of their tickets too in my mail as a proof for the quality of service I got from their technical team. I had a 2yr package and these used guys call me at the end of 6 months and say..., send me the invoice or I will cancel your package. Interview their technical team for their knowledge and then get the package. Currently I am with a US host (not a reseller. They have their own data center) and absolutely no issues.Read More

Guess this would be my last comment on manashosting as I have decided to shift out and started evaluate other web hosts. In the last 40 days, my site has gone down at least 15 times. I have to check if my site is up or not every day. I have raised ticket after ticket to Billing team, technical te...am and logged complaint tickets. Billing team has asked for invoice of payment made at least 2 times in this 40 day period. They did oblige to put my domain on monitor for a few days and still no respite. You have to call them and tell them that my site is down, and then they will acknowledge that they just got an alert for a site that was down for over 2hrs. In addition to this, be prepared to get a lot of spam messages in your email about various offers available and also calls to your mobile with recorded messages being played 'EVERYDAY'. They keep disabling access to your control panel also. There is absolutely nothing you can do. This time I am not going to renew my account. I will definitely pay a little extra and shift out. I am currently evaluating other web hosts like jaguarpc.com, dreamhost.com and godaddy.com and should be shifting out by year end.Read More

These guys confirmed that they can deliver a Ritz to me in 10 days over the phone at least 5 times and they told me to go their show room and make the booking the same day else they cant guarantee the 10 days. Took all pains to go to their showroom and there the person who attended to me was not the... one whom I spoke to. Despite me asking for Mohammad amar, he said he will attend to me and gave me a cold answer that the car has a wait period of 2.5months minimum. Later when I explained that this person contacted me and hour back and told me to come over and make the payment, he called up this person and then wanted me to wait. Guys!! I subscribed to the Plesk package now. Their service has NOT IMPROVED at all. The billing team has not picked up the phone on my last 5 attempts. Only Sales team is available to sell their crap. Tickets do NOT get updated on time. I still have a ticket open with them which was opened mid of D...ecember '08. I have every chat with the team saved to show that the team does NOT respond to you. This time, I started to ping the time also every few minutes in the chat window for reference sake/proof. @vishal.dadhich - No harm at all. Its a little expensive compared to GMVN and the view from GMVN is much better than that it is in clifftop. Most of the foreigners stay there in cliff top. Its like a star hotel there.
@jitendrasemlani: We went through someone so we were able to get it easily. Otherwise there is a booking center in Dehradun where you can go directly and do the booking.

I see the same style of english in the reviews written by 'ruppaly' and 'riyahm'. @Webhostingcentre - Are you part of the sales team of manashosting??? Good marketing work. Keep it up. I...f you guys have changed the old team and are now really looking at customer service then good. I will add a couple of the chats I had with manashosting and couple of mail exchanges which I had to prove my review. Also the links of other manashosting reviews sites here so Ruppaly gets to know if only 15% are dissatisfied or more. I have lost my domain jkspeaks.com because manashosting took over a month to respond to my ticket and give me access to the domain control panel. Response I get in each call is standard. We are working on it and we will get back to you shortly. Shortly was over a month in my case. Now I need to wait till the 60 days limit is over or I can go for another domain altogether.
