A thousand blemishes Hazaron Khwahishen Aisi
well i thot this movie was a treat to watch. didnt expect much from it though unlike most of the ppl. to start with, i liked the dialogues very much. they were witty and engaging. the background score was great as well. the story is broken..but i guess thats wat the director wants to show throug...h the script. it goes well with the characters, i found them very passionate. mayb unreal at times, but made a good story. i guess u shud also refrain urslf from making fun of ppl who liked it. being different doesnt make u ne wiser. all in gud spirits! cares!Read More

U2 released their latest album Vertigo not so long back. Their last album All that you can't leave behind' released in 2000. Singing in corners Talk on Corners - The Corrs
i wud certainly like to right a revu on corrs myself.. they are a unique band. extermely talented siblings. its hard to find so much varied talent in a single family. they are just superb with the intruments hence they hav lots of 'intrumentals' as well. and they are jus as good or mayb even better ...in live concerts. havent heard all the songs on this particular album, but i like wat i hav heard. my pick(s) will be So young, queen of hollywood and also i never really loved you anyway.. gud revu there.. the best we can say till now on corrs :P keep writing.. abhishek..Read More

Its been a mixed year so far musically. But all the hit songs have mostly been the stereotypical and wudnt go down as memorable ones in years to come. I mean theres always have to be songs which are popular even there only merit is the lack of merit in other songs. But this is not the case with ...Read more
Finally who's living? We the Living - Ayn Rand
now that was a nice revu.. about a nice book. cant understand y atlas shrugged didnt turn u on.. there are lot more such instances in atlas shrugged and fountainhead.. this particular one i liked least out of the three.. mayb its bcoz the ending.. its more crude.. u can see the ideas and philoso...phy as young rebellious n boiling here.. in fountainhead they become bold and daring but fruitful.. and finally in atlas shrugged they appear to be mature and foolproof.. read them in that order..Read More
Atlas Shrugged??? Atlas Shrugged - Ayn Rand
its been very long since u wrote this review.. and probably must have finished it by now.. i hope... and if u havnt been able to finish it in these one and a half yrs, and still looking for a strong reason to pick it up.. al tell u one. brace urself.. THE HERO ENTERS THE SCENE AFTER 600 PAGES!!!! ... well now i m sure u r really interested in the book.. :) jokes apart.. its a must read.. (the hero does come afterall! aint it enuff?? ) the philosophy is not that extreme as in fountainhead (its less than 1000 so its self motivating shud i say :P) but read it for the luv of what u r. seriously.. if u luv urself.. i know u do.. so read it..u wont regret it. TUM YAAD AAYE.... Tum Yaad Aaye - Alka Yagnik
wonderful album and a matching revu.. i was googling on the lyrics of this song and thats hoe i landed here. it was my first encounter with MS and soon i joined in as a member.. i had to!! so all credits to u shobita :) when writing about a thing so beautiful, i think one has to be extra careful... so as not to spoil it or let it down in neway.. and do justice with it. specially in case of translation. and u have done excellent job here! really appreciate the work.. about the album.. it is one of those rare collection whr i can pick up ne song and listen to it for hours nonstop. the mood is melliflously melancholy.. they wont leave u down and out in pits like other sad song, but they are rather feel good sad songs.. and the title cant be more apt than 'Tum Yaad Aaye' when one misses someone like this, its not with sadness, its like living those blissful moments again..knowing the fact that those times are gone.. so its the mixed feeling which is immortalized in these soulful euphonious songs. thanx for the revu.. abhishekRead More
Shwas.....Breath of Fresh air..... Shwas Movie
Hi Shobita, When this movie was released, me too used to c the posters at same place... but unfortunately, unlike u i never really got to c the movi. a revu can never really bring out the real thing i guess.. but then i think, if ur revu has brought out so much, the movie must really be wonderf...ul. what i liked in it is that there doesnt seem to be an element of pity newhr..which actually ruins the whole effect as we see in regular bollywood movie. it just seems a false pretence then. and that part of movie whr the granpa takes the child for a ride, seems to be inspired from the movie I am Sam.. Thanx for writing such a gr8 revu.. been long now since u wrote one.. hope to c another contribution from u soon.. :) abhishekRead More
