This special edition of TALK ON CORNERS features several remixes and tracks previously not included on the album. The Corrs: Andrea Corr (vocals, tin whistle); Jim Corr (guitar, accordion, keyboards, programming); Sharon Corr (violin, background vocals); Caroline Corr (drums, bodhran, background vocals). The Corr family's music hit big in Europe before making it's way to America. The Corrs' mixture of contemporary pop with traditional Irish influences is certain to appeal to audiences in all camps. The Corr siblings are no instrumental slouches either, and their tasty contributions on traditional pop/rock instruments (as well as tin whistle, bodhran, etc.) are the foundation of the genre-defying construct that is TALK ON CORNERS. This album includes the hit tracks like “what can I do”, “so young”, “dreams” and “runaway” all of which have the typical Corrs tempo. The song, which is a refreshing change, is “I never loved you anyway” which is by far my favorite. The song is about frustrated emotions in relationships that people can most often relate to. The vocal chords are explored really well and the lyrics are great. It goes something like this …

Valentino, I don’t think so

You’re watching MTV

While I like sleeping in an empty bed

I’m happy its all over

I’m only sad that I didn’t make the move before you

And when you go I will remember…
