Overall a Good Experience with the card...
HDFC Bank Visa Credit Card

The best feature they have is their anti-fraud deptt.. they call you within seconds of swapping your card for a big transaction.. I have never been charged incorrectly.. customer service is good.. prompt and timely reply..

Service at its worst!!

I faced the same problem with this bank.. I had applied for a gold card but they sent me classic card with limit of 30,000.00 even less than my salary.. I had myself filled the form.. I was promised a limit of 3 lacs and 5% cash back on every purchase... now they say that they will reconsider only a...fter 9 months.. they pay very less reward points.. only 1 per 100 Rs.. Why would one use a card with less limit and less benefits.. I am going to cut this card in pieces and send it back to them.. worst bank I ever dealt with..Read More
