Poor service in credit card departments

I received a Deutsche BankĀ  Classic Credit Card few months ago when I was promised a Gold Card. Within a few days, I also received the ATM PIN for the same.I validated the card using Deutsche bank ATM, but when I wanted to change the PIN, the system didnt allowed me to do so.


Later, I called the Customer Care and told them about the incident and they said that this facility is not available with them right now. Also, the Phone Banking PIN which was given was no use as it had not been linked to the Credit Cards Account. They also do not have any Online Banking facilitywhere we can view the transactions that we have done. So, I didnt do any transactions at all with this card.


Now, the real problem started after that. I received a hard copy of the Credit Card Bill with an SMS alert where it was mentioned that I have done two transactions for Balance Enquiry at ATMs other than Deutsche Banks.


When I called up Customer Care, they told that it has been done by mistake and rectify the statement in the next bill. After that, they stopped sending me the hard copy of the bill also. In the next bill, they charged me for doing the same transactions with the late fine. I got to know this only when I called up the customer care as they neither send the hard copy of the bill nor the Online Banking facility was available.


After that, each month I receive a SMS alert with amount increased instead of my innumerable calls to the customer care to rectify this mistake. These incidents have been happening with me since the month of April and do not hope to get it rectified.


Later, they also called me up and asked me if they can cancel the card as I was not using the card. I told them that I want all the dues to be cleared first from their side, then only I will cancel the card. Upon which they said, they would do the needful but still nothing done and receive the SMS for the bill amount.
