Customer service is pathetic.. its a small story.. your internet doesn’t work.. page can’t displayed.. you call them and they give you a complaint no. and then you keep on waiting and nobody bother to resolve
the issue.
You call again and they say that complaint has been marked as urgent. again you wait and nobody turns up.. then you call again.. and they pretend again.. it goes for several days and then you fire on
them.. now it takes few more days and then one days it starts working.. finally..
