Santosh: My preferable way is to use email facility in net banking to send a message...and they always (I repeat always) responded to mails. If they can't fulfill request, they will say so with workaround...Of course request should be legible from your end…If you have made a mistake or didn...’t follow their procedure, then they will not accept that…And that’s how it works with other banks also…. Next why to choose electronically when it’s possible to get it in emails…I find it best way to keep in touch with my account rather then logging on the net and doing. Okay when u talks to them then always refer to the previous talks with them and ask him to check the last notes attached when u called last time. This is the only way u can remind them that u had follow the process…There are few occasions when they did something wrong and after even 6 months I made them to credit the amount back to my account. The moment they realize they are on fault they will do all what required to put things in right shape. And infect I have 4 different banks with me they all are same; they all follow almost identical functions. Abdriver2000: This credit card payment problem is pretty common and it happened regularly with me also…then I choose the auto debit facility and it never come up again… This lost cheque can happen to any other card also…right…. I repeat again I am not an employee of Citibank…and have no personal preference in promoting Citibank…but one thing u need to understand is whatever the accounts I have (bank of India/icici/hsbc/hdfc/citibank), I found Citibank to be the best as compared to other banks… PS: One more benefit: you can recharge your hutch and airtel prepaid card via sms through Citibank… Read More
