Now that's a lot of understatement regarding Unicorn despite being your dream bike! Well I have owned Pulsar 150,Suzuki Heat in past and currently owns a Suzuki GS150R with the Digital meter and led tail lamp. I am satisfied with GSR , but for the sheer refinement and butter smooth transmission I a...m buying Unicorn and decided to keep it along with GS150R! My advice your bike will get more smoother after the first service!Read More

Go for it sandy. It is the most refined and smoothest bike I have ever rode. I had owned a Pulsar 2004 followed b an extremel light weighted Suzuki Heat (110kgs) and currently a Suzuki GS150R(149kgs).Eventhough Gs satisfies my needs I still miss the most refined bike and hence booked a Unicorn on Ju...ly.The bike has arrived and I am planning to take it home this Onam!!!. By the way GS stays with me as my commuter and Unicorn for my passion for the smoothest bike.Read More

Congrats on your new bike. But there is a correction in this review. The old CBZ(99Model) comes with a 156CC engine. The above mentioned bikes Unicorn,Dazzler, Xtreme and Hunk, also the Acheiver shares a 149CC engine whcih was introduced in the Unicorn. Anyhow that engine is the smoothest one I hav...e ever ridden. So great Choice.Read More

This review is not to tell anybody that I made a superb decision and the rest of the cars available are not good in anyway. Infact I found that all the cars I drove in test-drive are good in one way or another. The difference is that they are ...Read more

fiats multijet engine.try the fiats own punto before making a comment on swift.Punto got the same multijet engine and it was the sluggish among the diesel hatchbacks I drove.Apart from the looks and ride quality I didnt like anything regarding the Punto, but the maruti siblings are mindblowing to dr...ive.Read More

Go for the swift. The accent is a good car, but about a decade ago. Now if you dont want a boot and if you like the swift, go for it.It is the most reliable car(Ofcourse all Maruti's are) and got the highest resale value. Even the old swift(petrol) that was launched before the k-serises got good resa...le value. The new model of swift will launch only by mid 2011 and there will be a huge waiting period.so if you want one of that , you need to postpone your purchase by another year.Hence its better to go for the current model of swift.Petrol or diesel - it depends upon your taste of driving.Personally I love the deisel after TD of a long list of cars including Figo(D), Manza(D), Beat, i10 kappa, Ritz(P & D), Punto(D), Ikon(D) etc. Nothing in this price range comes even close to the Maruti siblings. Both swift/Ritz diesel are powerful. If its a petrol I liked the i10 more(suits my driving). now make up your mind and go for the car which you liked.Read More

he meant beat is cheap in pricing!dont get frustrated.maruti made swift which is widely accepted by people and saying maruti make boxes is an understatement! Chevy's design is not that good looking into the U-Va and spark.

most of the new generation deisel engines are less nosisy and the cabin is well insulated that you wont hear the sound of engine inside the cabin.check out the punto, swift, figo or even the indica vista.all these cars are good in isolating the noise from the cabin. now regarding the soft clutch!tha...ts not a surprise.try the grante punto. The fiat also got a clutch which feels like hot knife on butter and the gear shifts are smooth. the only attraction apart from the brand value(which is superb-VOLKSWAGEN) is the quality interiors which I miss in most of the hatchbacks except Fabia.Read More

correct me if I am wrong.i10 is a 4 cylinder car(kappa engine), not a 3 cylinder. you have given the reasons you choose polo over other cars but not given your experiance and other details like the mileage you have done etc which is very crucial in any review.

but test drive the fiat punto, vista, manza and the swift/ritz. You will know what maruti is popular for. the same engine shows entirely different character in each of these cars. Maruti has utilized this engine well. Even the 90bhp manza is no match for the 75bhp swift. Take a test drive of punto an...d swift to realize this.Read More

BS 4 means a more environment friendly car. It is the emission norm put by Govt. many manufactures are trying to make minor modifications in the car's engine, sometimes by adding a filter in exhaust etc to make the older models BS4 compatible. BS4 engine will have slightly more mileage, but it wo...nt affect the engine performance much. You wont feel any difference while driving a BS3 and BS4 car. I had taken a test drive of the BS4 Ritz. It doesnt show any difference in pik-up. But some say it got a turbolag compared to the BS3 version which I disagree. The con is that BS4 vehicle will cost More. Read More

Verna is oftencompared to Fiesta. But think of the poor reslale value of Ford, high maintenance and poor A.S.S. of Ford. Fiesta may come with more featurs but Verna delivers more power and acceleration. Also think even the outdated ikon and the small car figo comes with same engine as Fiesta. I pr...efer the sedan get more juicy than a hatch!Read More

Congrats on your new wheels. i doubt whether verna crdi got a BS4 variant. correct me if I am wrong. When I enquired in the dealership, they say both the Verna crdi and the i20 crdi have only BS3 Engines.

I havent test driven the Linea. But I have test drived the Manza quadrajet. I didn't feel the pik-up is less. The car pulls decently in the lower rpms too, but not aggressively. once the rpm passes 1800mark I felt the kick of the turbo and that feel was awsome!

Nice review.but the boot space of verna is lowest among the sedans.its only 380L. again that depends on one's need for boot.

hai dude, I got one doubt. I purchased a gs on 14th Aug. I made my mind after comparing it with other machines and test driven each of them before made my mind. I found that the crash guard of this bike is too small. And the tank size and body panels are so wide and big that i Doubt wehter the cr...ash guard can protect it from small falls. I am sorry to ask, u mentioned that u had a fall. How bad it hurted ur bike? Give me the details like where all it had taken the bruises? Wether it affected the tank and rear cowl?Read More
