Got the refund. My Trip ID is 1007296784. Would have been nicer if this had not happened. My account got debited, I still had to buy the ticket for which I had to find new money. If I wait for your refund, then the fare goes up! Thanks

Great. I share your views. Having moved from Bombay to Chennai a few years ago, I used to miss the TOI. I do get copies in my office, minus the sex supplement called Bombay Times. I am scared even to take the main paper home, since I have children of impressionable age. Compared to TOI, Hindu is gre...at. I used to think otherwise, being used to TOI. But, TOI and ET have now become like the Stardust magazine. With the internet giving you news and TV channels too, newspapers better do something. TOI is no longer a newspaper but a commercial product targeted at the crass. I guess people still read it, due to sheer force of habit, but it is no longer a family paper. Extremely well articulated and analysed. I agree that it is better to wait, see and then take a decision. However, if as you premise, the add on services like SMS etc are restricted to Reliance alone, it is a waste! You lose your money and end up with a showpiece!!
